Performance Considerations
Bolt down bollards rely entirely on the integrity of the concrete slab beneath them. When installed correctly, they offer excellent resistance to low-speed vehicle impacts and are ideal for:

They may not enjoy being hit by a fully laden articulated lorry, but then again, neither would most things.
When to Choose Bolt Down Bollards
- No permission to excavate
- Underground services present
- Temporary or semi-permanent protection required

Dig-In Bollards: Old-School Strength That Still Works

- Foundation: Concrete footing, often C20 or higher

Dig-in bollards excel where maximum impact resistance is required. Because the load is distributed below ground, they offer superior performance against deliberate vehicle strikes.

Stainless Steel Bollards: Looks That Kill (Access)
